i really enjoyed attending the 3 day course! i felt it was excellent pace and use of time, it was well delivered, and good subject knowledge and theory for why it is used or may need to be used. the trainer Ben always had time to answer any questions asked and throughly explained it until we was satisfied and understood.

Very in-depth and easy to understand how she deliver all the information. Help me understand somethings I had forgotten.

This course was delivered in a very real way, ive had pbs training before and i struggled to stay engaged, Ben was really informative and his whole demeanor was really positive and approachable to the point i was able to remain engaged throughout the whole training. Amazing Trainer
