Very informative an updated, Liam was very active and kept me engaged.

I found Liam to be well prepared with the course content. He had all his material prepared well and simple to understand. I also found him to be open with his personal experiences which made him very well received. He was also patient and respectful of views opposing to his own.

I found John talked to quickly through out the course , which left me feeling I did not maybe take in all information needed. I thought Fiona worked very good at a good pace through out the day and this helped me fully understand all what was required.

I found at times the leader of the course on day one spoke very quickly at times. Both clearly had a positive and good knowledge of their subject mater and were good at motivation. Both leaders showed great patience and were very approachable and sappeared to put everyone at ease.
