I recently completed a two-day training session with Ben on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and it was an incredibly valuable experience. I learned many new techniques and practical strategies on how to effectively support our young people, especially in challenging situations. The training helped me understand the importance of recognising and interpreting early cues before an incident occurs, which can play a major role in preventing escalation. Ben also placed strong emphasis on communication — not just what we say, but how we say it. I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for being mindful and intentional in my communication with young people, ensuring that my approach promotes trust, respect, and positive relationships. Overall, Ben was an excellent trainer. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the sessions interactive and enjoyable. I left the training feeling more confident, better equipped, and genuinely inspired to put what I’ve learned into practice. It was both informative and fun, and I’m grateful for the experience.

Ben trainer is too good to taught us Brakway techniques. I learnt communication in the positive way is very important when you deal with any situation . Overall the teaching techniques was very good. I can use these learning in my job role .
