I really enjoyed today’s training taught by Ben. I feel more confident now if I were to face any danger even outside of work.
Ben is really friendly and connects with everyone. He reassured us all throughout and offered support. The training makes sense and it is really interesting. The course has improved my confidence if the risk presents itself- i am more knowledgeable with what to do.
