Enjoyed the course! Both trainers were very knowledgeable and clearly pationate about using least restrictive practice. Lots of emphasis on using postive strategies to support people which is important when supporting vulnerable people.

Response: Hi Almaz. Thank you for the lovely comment. I was just wondering if there were any further improvements that you feel could be made on the course as you have scored the trainer and the overall course at a 4 out of 5. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is any further feedback on Kirsty.briggs@sherwoodtraining.co.uk. I look forward to hearing from you.

I did learn new things on this course and a simplified approach to break away techniques compared to others I have done in the past. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout and check that I understood any point I needed clarifying.
