Ben is an amazing trainer, he explains well, engages in group discussions and listens. Patient and makes the course interesting and engaging. Brilliant! Just the right vibe and attitude for a trainer.
Training delivered by Ben Very informative and well delivered. Good real life examples and good slides and handout to accompany learning. Good interaction with teacher and delivered at a good pace which made learning easily digestible and fun.
