Lee delivered an open and engaging course, with lots of good information given and examples of how PBS training is relevant with real life examples. Came away with lots of ideas as to how to apply this information positively in supported living services. The back and forth conversational nature of the training at times really helped with gaining an understanding.
Lee was very supportive and would explain in further details if required. he made the course enjoyable and interesting.
