Fantastic course, we were taught by Kirstie who did an incredible job. Really enjoyable training, full of energy. She was a real role model for myself.
Great 2 day course had and great interactions had from the trainee with staff making the course more fun and enjoyable to the point you would like to learn more

It was really easy to learn and to remember the techniques of this new training. Both trainers are the best, very accommodating and very approachable.
Course communicated well, using real life examples. Really enjoyed the practical element of the course including disengagement techniques. Something I will be able to put into practice and support my staff team if or when needed!
