This was an excellent course the trainer was friendly and very knowledgeable. The only thing is two full days together is a lot maybe one day one week the last day the week after would be better

Good and interesting

Ashleigh was very knowledgeable and approachable. The first day felt a bit rushed and a bit fast to take information in. I enjoyed the practical breakaway activity.

Not as interesting as when done with Nick but still good
