Alan is a fantastic trainer explained the course fantastically and was very patient and helpful throughout making everyone feel at ease and enjoyed the learning all aspects the course thank you very much kerryann

The PBS course was easy to understand with proper illustration and demonstrations. Overall progressive approach taken by the trainer (Allan) to allow full grasp of the knowledge and skill.
