Good techniques. Good refresh on behaviour and great trainer who was approachable and knowledgeable about the course.

Rachel delivered the course in an easy to understand and light hearted way. Really enjoyed the course, never bored and found Rachel very empathetic. Would recommend this training .

This is the best training I have ever received as a Support Worker. I have no doubt that this will be of great importance towards discharging my duties. Also, Rachel the Trainer was the best. I will recommend this to every support worker and HCA's.
