Trainer was really polite & friendly.Language used was easily understood and practical classes were fun and techniques easy to remember.
Great course learnt a great deal, Jonathan was friendly and made you at ease and incorporated humor, making the course fun and easy to learn. The techniques used are easy to follow and will be very helpful to apply to my role at Shaftesbury
