It is a wonderful course
Excellent course...very informative, clear and concise. Great teaching skills and good delivery of the techniques especially when doing the exercises. In addition very vital to job role and also in the wider community.
Good course covered all specific training for each individual
Extraordinary training and a very good trainer as well.
I found todays session very informative. I was really impressed that the training needs analysis are being used now for training. This was a much better experience only using the training that was identified for the service that i work in. Overall one of the best breakaway trainings i have completed in my 7 years working for united response.
Response: Thanks for the lovely feedback Kailie, really good to hear of your experience with us.
Perfect course and the day was made very fun and very professional
Both Becky and David showed a high level of knowledge, and taught me how to use the breakaway techniques in a way I could understand
Response: Thanks for the feedback Christopher, glad you enjoyed the course.
The course was absolutely phenomenal. It was a huge value for the time and an eye opener. I really enjoyed it and I am obviously leaving with a better perspective towards a better value delivery at work.
