It was really easy to learn and to remember the techniques of this new training. Both trainers are the best, very accommodating and very approachable.

Course communicated well, using real life examples. Really enjoyed the practical element of the course including disengagement techniques. Something I will be able to put into practice and support my staff team if or when needed!
