Lee has very relatable experience in the techniques that we use , which made it effective in helping us understand why the behaviours might occur and how the can be de-escalated before breakaway is needed.

The course trainer made the subject fun and engaging and found this is the best time doing the course. By using different exercises and games it made it a better learning experience.
