Thorough and concise content Tutor making it interesting and fun at same time

I really liked course, having ben as our trainer helped take in a lot more as he made the full day training more enjoyable and less mundane than others.

It give me a good insight and ideas to use with one of the men i support, which i think will create a good starting point to identify his triggers and needs better.

A fantastic refresher, ideal for our needs. Informative, interesting, inclusive and well paced. The right amount of lighthearted moments to balance some of the heavier content. Absolutely spot on and relevant.

Excellently presented and the levels of interaction between the trainer and staff was really well measured. A great refresher.

Very enlightening have more knowledge about approach and techniques

Enjoyed Liam’s stories he told us, it was interesting to hear from experience. Good course and I’m looking forward to taking back some of my new knowledge to the service and improving my clients quality of life.

I have really enjoyed the course, the trainer was very helpful and very willing to go over any questions we had. I have troubles staying focused on class room settings however i was able to stay focused as the trainer was very engaging.

Liam was very informative and full of knowledge, was very emphatic towards us and our experiences, really good trainer kept us engaged and interested

Excellent course delivery, nicely paced, Liam knows his stuff so I'd recommended trying to get him to run your course. Plenty in didn't know considering I've been in the job for 30+years. I guess that's the idea with things constantly evolving in PBS. Even the role okay was great considering thats the part of the course I absolutely detest. I have no hesitatation recommending Liam and Sherwood Training. Thanks Liam
