Leigh is a great trainer, she involves the room and alleviates any fears of group activity. She is knowledgeable and engaging and creates a great atmosphere for learning.

I found the course to be really informative. I have not attended PBS before but have in the past encountered many occasions of behaviours that are of concern. I will definitely recommend the course to Aspire and feel it would be really useful for all staff to take part in. The trainer let the course with confidence and put everyone at ease he was engaging and professional throughout
