I have learnt more again from this course, I feel we benefited from the trainer having had her own experiences. I love this PBS, best I've done in 20yrs

Fantastic 2 days, Kirsty was very knowledgeable, approachable and fun.

Fantastic course, we were taught by Kirstie who did an incredible job. Really enjoyable training, full of energy. She was a real role model for myself.

Very professionally ran. Informative, and provides a theoretical evidenced based approach providing rationale for what and why we do things. New approach to PBS, Kirstie very approachable and made the usual ‘tiring’ training fun and enjoyable.

Great knowledge of course and left very comfortable to be able to perform breakaway techniques.
