Sean was a brilliant trainer! He shared knowledge well and in an engaging manner. He was very informative with the breakaways and demonstrated these clearly to the team, involving all members. I felt much more confident by the end of the course.

Trainer Lee delivered perfect training sections and encouraged people and was very helpful when people was struggling all the training techniques was explained and shown brilliantly and delivered very good sections and he gave me good feedback at the end

I love the training it was fantastic Lee was great at training us and learn us a lot and new things within the training and Lee was good at advice and support I am very satisfied with all the training what we did with Lee.
