Brilliant couple of days trainer was very good
The course is delivered in a very interactive way and the anchors were brilliant and able to really impact on me. I enjoyed every bit and I'm loaded with new techniques and learning.
Totally recommend this course for everyone dealing with the public. The techniques learned today helped me feel more confident in my role.

Normally courses like this are extremely boring, but this was the first course that I didn’t mind sitting in. Made it entertaining, good energy and made it go fast. Very knowledgeable teacher and had answers for everything.
