Kirsty trained well, I learnt alot of things regarding behaviour, distraction etc that I can use in my job and even with myself and my daughter. She was in depth and delivered the day course great. She was polite and welcoming. Liam was full of banter, had a laugh with the group but remained serious when it came to delivering the course. I felt thoroughly engaged throughout the course and I’m gutted I couldn’t stay for the 3rd day.

Both Kirsty and Liam had a great attitude towards teaching. Both were extremely polite, fun and friendly and made me feel very much at each. Ive done similar courses over the years and can honestly say I enjoyed this one the most and took a lot from it. The physical side of learning was quite fast for me (just a personal opinion) as unfortunately I do have to take things in numerous times before I can understand them fully. However Liam made me feel so at ease and was very helpful.

Course was excellent, learnt a lot from it .The trainers did a good job .Looking forward to do more courses

Very enjoyable course, brilliant knowledge and training, the trainer was absolutely excellent and made you feel at ease with the training, if not understanding anything the trainer would explain everything in a more understanding way, very friendly but also very professional.
