The course was very empowering, learnt a lot about the break away techniques The instructor used different method of teaching which made the training exciting and enjoyable 😉
Training course good atmosphere everybody joined in thought I might be too old to learn the break away movements but managed and enjoyed Liam made everybody feel comfortable

The course is exceptionally Good compared to other trainings I have attended. The facilitators made learning interesting and interactive. There was never a dull session. But if Sherwood can make the booklet all-encompassing with other slides that were in the, it would be amazing. Thank you
