Very thorough and insightful course, presented by a seasoned support worker with a thorough skill set. I particularly appreciated and learned from discussions highlighting the centrality of empathy and respect for the people we support - they are indeed essentially just like we support workers. I will follow through on the lessons learned, great stuff!
