I have learnt that behaviors of concern are not “abnormal” and it’s important to find out the “whys” , consequent, this course impacts how we can be better in the real world, which indeed is making a difference.

The restraint training was very interesting, i learnt a lot. Everything was explained very well and clear so was easy to understand. I think this course full of information that i did not now previously and think it will help me with the new package i will be working on.

Trainer was very good, i enjoy every bit of the course, very interesting and i learn a lot

The trainer explained things in detail and repeated if needed, always making sure we understood. The practical i needed a little bit of support with one technique but trainer was patient with me and i got it in the end
