Liam was awesome. You took your time training the whole class individually and made sure we all learned the different strategies, primary, secondary and tertiary. The lessons were effective both in theory and in practice. And I can say for most of us that we’re going back with a great deal of content and skills acquired. What a great course! I wish I had learned most of the things taught sooner but glad but glad I had the opportunity to learn it. I wish everyone had the opportunity to learn the course life would have been a better place. The trainer Lee was terrific. He made the course very understanding and paid attention to details. He is a wonderful teacher.
