Training was direct on point ,open to participants to engage and share their views.Course related to our working environment and time was given by trainer for participants to cooperate. Work books were given which facilitated understanding. Break away trainer was up to date .
Ben was a fantastic trainer. I really enjoyed session 2 and will be able to use this in my day to day work. Thank you.
