Absolute wonderful training, a guide from a patient perspective but also helps with how to manage or de-escalate a situation. Learning to breakaway and protecting one's self. This will surely help in clinical area. Thank you

Excellent speaker, felt very safe. Learnt very important skills including breakaway skills as last resort - try not to get to that position by using communication. Easy to learn as amusing at times and never picked on to speak etc

Good to learn new breakaway skills that I’d not learnt before. Feel more confident in how to stay safe if needed, though hopefully I won’t have to use them!
