Really informative changed the way I have seen things as the last course I was on was over 10 years ago ,was a bit worried at first but Ben made us feel so at ease and talked us through the training thoroughly very funny too thank you 😊

Amazing 2nd day, great flow throughout the day with presentation first followed by physical training after lunch. I will feel much safer if ever in these situations in work.

Amazing. The breakaway is very helpful for techniques and can be used safely. Definitely worth doing level 2 training. The trainer is very helpful and interactive.
