This PBS training, I actually feel like i’ve taken in all of the information without feeling i was in a boring classroom. This has change the way i think it’s absolutely mindblowing.

During this pbs training I learned many new things such as break away techniques. I also learned some facts about how behaviours actually occur and many ways to calm a resident before a behaviour takes place. Overall the classroom was a fun environment and was very enjoyable to learn new things and meet new people.

Great trainer for this course explains everything in detail.
