Really enjoyed day 2 more than i thought i would. The trainer was really interactive and used real life examples of when these strategies were used which was helpful. The trainer was very friendly and accommodating and took her time in helping correct the techniques. She also made the powerpoint part engaging and interesting.

Ben was excellent and nothing was too much, he went over everything again when needed and was very understanding if needed to repeat anything

Great session. Ben was very informative and very patient. I feel much more confident to de escalate conflict.

Lee & Ben were both great trainers. It's been great to see how the course has developed since I last completed it. Loved the focus on keeping people on baseline and how we can use these skills in our personal lives too.
