Great trainer. Communication was excellent and remembered all our names. Really learned something new today. Will be helpful to use with the patients that arrive onto the ward when in crisis

The course was really detailed and interesting. It makes you stop and think about different causes and triggers for behaviours. Practical was fun and different from techniques shown before. Great trainer thankyou kirsty.
