Kirstie was excellent, she was very informative and gave real life examples which were really helpful. I have learnt a lot about positive behaviour strategies and look forward to putting them into practice
Fantastic course. Only downside was the small room that was very hot, and video audio was too quiet

The training today ran by Kirstie was very informative. She was a great trainer and very friendly. The day was timed well and breaks times well. I learnt a lot in this training and will be recommending this to others. This training will be good for implementing in PED.
