I can take this back to my senior on call and support the staff across the site to review and look at things differently. Along with analysing the situation myself separately and looking into the person more and what’s happen, this course has been amazing Kirstie made it so enjoyable she is brilliant thank you
Response: Hi Jenny, thank you for your kind feedback! You were all a fabulous group to teach as well!! We look forward to seeing you on day 2.
Really good course. Will be able to use in practice when dealing with families of babies on NICU. Excellent examples of practice used which made the theory more relatable.
Will use with parents on the unit Good course to learn about deescalation behaviour
Interesting speaker, made it really easy to engage I will use the information learnt when dealing with stressed patients and putting things in place before they reach a level of concerning behaviour. It has made me more aware of what cues they may display
An absolutely fantastic day, thank you so much!
Really good course, informative. Helps me to understand where we are meeting people at different stages and what interventions and actions we can take. Relatable to our job.
This is probably one of the best courses I've been on in a long time
The training will be very useful on my acute unit with lots of complex patients. Also will encourage my colleagues to book on the course. Kirstie Reynolds has been amazing throughout the training.
Excellent course. I deal with complaints on a daily basis at work & it has really taught me to look into the person & why they may be behaving a certain way before I make assumptions. I'm pretty confident with de-escalation skills but this has further enhanced them. Thank you!
Response: Hi Sharon. Thank you for taking the time to share feedback. It is great to hear that you enjoyed the course and the skills you have learnt will further enhance you within your role. I will ensure to pass your feedback on to Kirstie, thanks again.
Very interesting Relatable Made me think of my own experiences of how we could have de escalated before challenging behavior Food for thought around cues and triggers Thoughts around patients and what they are going through Nice patient stories to make the theory relatable Thank you Kirstie
