Really great refresher. 3.5 hour sessions over two days on Teams worked well. Lots of info to get through and trainer made lots of efforts to get people to share and give feedback. Nicely balanced group and great engagement.
very useful - break out rooms were slightly awkward! interacting was so important so I am glad the trainer was very approachable I didn't feel out of place for raising my ideas which is really encouraging for building skills and using in my own service.

-Get to know each customer naturally good practise and to listen enhances we are working within practice as a team to give continuity for vulnerable MH customers. -Learnt some hormones and how effects behaviour will google and learn more. -My preference instead of speaking out prefer hands up so all take turns and write answers gets everyone involved. -Overall good presentation Thank you.
I have done a lot of PBS training so didn't really learn anything new but it was good to have a refresher and the trainer made the learning fun. It is always interesting to listen to real life cases. The trainer is very likeable and clearly knows her subject and is passionate about it, which in turn makes us passionate. I enjoyed it
Course needs more time to achieve the goals. Andy had to rush through a few areas because he was pushed for time. Materials were excellent.
A really good course, enjoyed learning lots of new things. The trainer made me feel comfortable, even though I was the only one on the course. The trainer showed lots of knowledge and explained things in a way that really made sense.
Kirstie was very patient with me as I am not technical . She has such a wonderful style of teaching and her stories make the content of the course feel real. She has a wealth of expertise in her field which came through. It has been one of the nicest courses I have been on. Glynis
