Course was entertaining and good to learn, leant alot of coping strategies and how to engage in a better way with patients that we may struggle with. Also got everyone involved and made some good ice breakers to get everyone more relaxed, also text book had some good information in
I learnt a great and deeper insight on behaviour, diversion techniques and simple questions that might be used to calm an arousal situation.
Very interactive and engaging session. The trainer is very good in what he is doing. Good attitude and communication skills.
