Excellent course, very informative with real life scenarios which put the information into context. Trainer very happy to answer questions and relate the information into our workplaces. Very interactive and enjoyable.
I liked that the course had a structured layout with a workbook and slides. This kept it engaging and meant we have something to reference later. Ben the trainer was very positive, attentive and engaging.

Course trainers really engaging, friendly and appear to have lots of knowledge and skills about real world application of the training they are providing. The course is really interesting, and very useful for practice. At times however I found it the content a little repetitive. Overall a really good course!
