It is really helpful to cope and understand behaviour of the patients as well as the team to work appropriately. It was in my mind that some patients are arrogantly doing something but I understand that it may be due to the stress or frustration. I will make the change when I am approaching these situations now onwards. Thanks to Ben… it was really enjoyable and informative.
