Very informative and comprehensive around the skills and focus needed to support customers more effectively. Down to earth, real and engaging. Will remember some anecdotes as e.g.s to work from.

High engagement within the course and found this useful. Reflective practice within the session which changes approach to working with customers. Interesting and enjoyable. The instructor was great.

Thank you very interactive especially as this was virtual learning the trainer was very engaging. Knowledgeable and brought her own experiences to the training and that has helped my learning.

I found it really engaging and learnt a great deal. There was lots of real life anecdotes and the flow of the conversation was perfect. Definitely the best I've been too Rachael Davies is a great facilitator.
