Jack was very good and coincise. I liked that he tried to remember everyone’s name which made it feel more personal rather than force to be there and explain stuff to us. He had a very good approach and very good at explaining stuff. Would definitely be attending again

Jack was brilliant, he got everyone involved and was a perfect example of how a trainer should be. Kind, funny and respectful I learned a lot on this course and scored 19/20 which proves he was a great teacher
