Ben was really interactive and told lots of personal stories which really helped understand the key principles. It was a fun training session and learnt lots! Really enjoyed
I had some knowledge of positive behaviour approach from doing SAGE & THYME level 1 course however Ben went into a lot of detail about it. He made sure it was interactive and grabbed everyone’s attention to make it fun and enjoyable. I have definitely learnt a lot and will be using this in my everyday practice. I particularly enjoyed the cooperative parts of the session as it really pulled everything together to make sure we knew what we learnt. Thank you Ben!
