Attendees particularly value the trainers’ knowledgeable, approachable delivery, which uses lived experience, humour and relatable case studies to make Positive Behaviour Support memorable. Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable and was able to link theory to real-life examples. My only criticism is that community based rather than hospital case studies would have been more relevant to the staff in attendance.

Thank you, really enjoyed this session. Ben was engaging and really helped with the learning. Helped inform me how to deescalate and recognise challenging behaviours and understand that there are always reasons for this and learn to explore these reasons.
