The course and the training were very good. The trainer was really knowledgeable and get everyone involved, which given the fact that this training was done virtual is extremely difficult.

The course was absolutely brilliant. Hannah was wonderful. She absolutely knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgable and welcomed any and all questions. Helping make the knowledge relatable to our own experiences and checking our understanding throughout. I feel far more confident in dealing with behaviours that challenge and having the models to reflect and adapt to really help my customers progress and achieve their goals. Thank you!
