Really interesting course. Interactive. Learnt a lot about how to better treat patients and understand what to do when they are displaying challenging behaviours. Will help with patient experience and my own skills and learning. Would recommend the course to everyone
Excellent session delivered by Ben! Very engaging, interesting and makes sure the information really sticks in your mind. Very useful information for us to take away and use on the wards which hopefully will have a positive impact and outcome for ourselves and our patients

Ben was absolutely fantastic, excellent trainer and very relatable with real life experiences for us to relate to. Now have a much better understanding of PBS theory and understanding people’s behaviour and why people may act in a certain way and how I can deescalate this, for me to take into practice and to take to my level 2 and level 3 day,
Great trainer, really engaging. I learnt so much about how to learn people's cues, the timings for de-escalation and about how I do judge people which has shocked me. Ill take this into home and work life. This was really personal to me as I want to apply this to help my brother, going through an incredibly difficult time with his mental health, and hopefully share some of this with my family so they can also help him.

Really engaging trainer. Really enjoyed this 1st part of the course hope the next one is as good. Will be using these new skills within my role.
This was a super course that helped me learn lot of things. The trainer was superb and done a good job. I think we need to extent this course to every one on patient care.
Ben did a good job with the course, I am going to start implementing the course content without delay. It was really very educative and will help me work better.
