Kirstie is passionate about her training and this shows in how she delivers the course. I have learnt a lot about PBS and I plan to use it to implement support plans for the patients in my care

I have learnt a lot from this course and it was delivered very well. I will take away from this course new ways in how to deal with colleagues who display potentially difficult behaviours and will make me think more about the reasons as to why they may be showing those behaviours and how to then address them if required.

Excellent course content and delivery. Feel like there are elements that I will consider that I maybe wouldn't have thought about previously in terms of behaviors of concern. Would very much like to see this incorporated into hive system to allow me to continue to use the skills/knowledge gained today

Kirstie was a brilliant presenter of the course, very informative with real examples during her years in care. The course was extremely informative and although I’m no clinically based, I have learned how take these theories and methods into my working day and home life too! I wish I had done this course as my children were growing up :-)
