Fantastic training today I feel I have learnt so much and can use what I have learnt in my work setting .

Andy is a brilliant facilitator and has high knowledge of the topic of behaviour and makes learning easy

I really enjoyed the course it is really well thought out the trainer was really engaging

Course needs more time to achieve the goals. Andy had to rush through a few areas because he was pushed for time. Materials were excellent.

Fairly straight forward training. Didn’t feel it required a whole day however, as some parts were focused on far too long.

Brilliant course leader, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the training course and how it was lead.
