Excellent trainers Jamie and Ben. Thank you guys for the knowledge you have given us. It’s amazing training, I had learned a lot today and I am coming for Level 2.
The course trainers presented the information clearly. The sessions maintained interest throughout which was supported by the interactive content. The only negative outside the trainers control was the room temperature but this room is always cold
Have learnt how to address patients behaviour how they communicate to us and response very important
I found the course very interesting Jamie and Ben were amazing, interesting and explained everything in detail.
