Well organised course with a good mix of activities/ resources to utilise. Have enjoyed the space to test ideas and different approaches to develop my leadership style.

I think the pacing of the day was well set, enough time for personal reflection and group as well as theoretical learning and sharing of resources. There are so many fantastic resources available on the fuse platform that this should not be overlooked.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course. Took me a little while to get into the breakout rooms having missed the first sessions. It was very valuable to listen to what other leaders in healthcare have to say.

this has been an out standing course which has provided both personal insight and methodology which is presented in a relaxed and informative way. Again there is no pressure to perform its really inclusive for those who have smaller voices or who just want to sit and absorb. its been a tremendous resource and support , thank you
