The areas of the course Ive taken the most from are the theories and articulation of Lear ship styles and practice. I would like more practical tips to build on this.

I found the material helpful to my own self development and equipped me with tools to take back to my teams.

I liked the course overall, generated a lot of thought. I feel like the workshops were spaced out well enough to practice the techniques between sessions.

You can see a real mixture in my star ratings. The facilitation was excellent. The content was good and has really prompted me to consider my leadership strengths, how I coach others and the impact I have on my team. For me, the online format wasn't necessarily what I would recommend to others. I tend to thrive when there are face-to-face interactions and I should have thought about that when booking the course. Nevertheless, I learned a lot and I am very grateful for the experience.

This was a really good introductory course to leadership. It introduced some new concepts and also provided a good refresher of previously known concepts. Although the virtual format was quite hard work at times, Rachael was a great facilitator, and the use of breakout rooms assisted in making the course personalised.

Good course, would prefer it in a hybrid way so some in person time so group forms better and networks more.

It was a brilliant day, but I feel I would have gotten more out of the day or indeed the whole course if at least some of it had been face to face.
