Great workshop - really reflective and informative on how to approach people and motivate them

The budgeting and forecasting exercise was challenging because the examples focused on retail and marketing, which didn’t align well with public service contexts. My group and I struggled to apply the concepts and provide appropriate reasoning during the breakout session. What could be improved? It would be helpful if future workshops included examples and exercises tailored to public service settings. This would make the material more relevant and easier to apply to our work.

I enjoyed the course overall, I think it lacked the same energy after lunch as it did before however, it was interactive and everyone got to add their input.

It was a great interactive session, breakout rooms were great talking to different people and learning from them too
