Thought it was a really good session. I think it would have bene good to spend more time (maybe a whole workshop) on the 360 feedback with a couple of people and a coach to go through and discussion the feedback and support each other more.
Enjoyable presenter, good slide set which was shared-very helpful
Martyn was engaging and I generally found the material helpful .
Helpful information to support CPD and PDP. Really interactive and great to get to know some of the other learners
Good course, alot to take in, although not sure how it links with the assignment I have to do next
